You made it. You are now embarking on a journey to transform your relationships, but changing your relationships starts with you. This does not mean that there is anything wrong with you or that you have done anything wrong, what we mean is that in order for anything to change in your relationships, something has to change within you as well.
The theme of today - Intention & Reflection - is about you really getting clear about why you are in this program. There is a reason you have chosen to be here, something deep within you that has inspired you to take action, even though you may not know exactly what that action is or how you are going to accomplish it. Put aside the how right now, and focus on what you want to get out of being here - since this is the journey you have chosen to take at this point in your life.
The pages for each day are setup to be simple and single-focused. Our intention is for you to be able to dive deep into each theme so you can get the most out of it. As we reflected on the ways we have run this program in the past, we realized that we often gave people too much information to process at one time. In this version of The Relationship Detox, we have remedied that by creating a simple, streamlined program that allows you to get deep with each theme. The themes are designed with intention - to take you deeper each day all the way through the end. Be completely focused on your journey and you will see a clear transformation in the next 21 days.

2. What do you want your relationships to look like? How is that different from the way they look now? What do you need to let go of in order to create your ideal relationships?
3. Who do you hope to be at the end of this program? How do you want to show up in your relationships? What needs to change for you to show up that way?
As you go through The Relationship Detox it is important that you are able to feel the sensations of your body thoroughly and easily.
